Hotel very convenient to JR Sapporo station (north exit). Next to hotel is Sunrus convenience store while across street one block away was North Gate Hotel and Lawson's convenience store. Lots of shopping and restaurants available in JR Sapporo station. Hotel check in begins at 1500 but they will announce when check in is available from around 1445. Buffet breakfast was available at restaurant located on 1st floor between 0645 and 0900. Restaurant was very busy for breakfast but the line moved quickly. Our room rate included breakfast so we were given breakfast coupon upon check-in. However at hotel restaurant was basically honor system whereby you dropped your breakfast ticket into basket upon entering restaurant. Breakfast items included potatoes, ham, sausage, salmon fish, scrambled eggs, rice, soft roll, pretzel roll, potatoes, miso soup, orange juice, coffee, water, fruit, potato mochi for dessert, salad, and etc. Upon check out, hotel will store your baggage only until 1700 hours on check out day. Directly across street at JR Sapporo Station north exit was other services like Ramen restaurant, massage shop and QB House 1000 yen haircut shop. Room basically had no window view. If you look outside window you only saw wall of adjacent building. TV only had Japanese channels (no English TV stations available). Free coffee machine available in hotel lobby during the evening and morning hours. Hot water pot in hotel room too. Very convenient hotel to JR Sapporo station.

This is a very standard business hotel with small, a bit dated room. (Non Annex building).

There isn't much to anticipate actually. The room we got, has a window facing the building wall, with construction going on. It was a shame since sapporo has a nice skyline. The next day, the bath rope is missing. (we need this to go to the onsen). We called the front desk twice. Still no delivery by time we check out.

But again, if this is the location you are looking for - directly in front of sapporo train station. Go for it. It's not really a cheap option based on the hotel's condition, but it is indeed convenient.

Great hotel for the price and location. It is just across from Sapporo station. It has a bathhouse onsite. Breakfast buffet is great with many Japanese foods. One negative thing was that the AC in my room was not working. I could not open the windows because it was really cold outside. Overall it is great in compare with others hotels with lesser services.

Stayed 3 nights in annex building and 2 nights in main building.

Rooms are clean though and service is pretty good. Location is just across JR Sapporo station.

Amenities in both buildings are very different and toiletries and room amenities are much less as compared to main building rooms.

Bathrobes in annex building are sub standard as compared to main building. Toiletries in annex building are also sub standard and not as complete as compared to main building. Room amenities in annex building are not as complete as in main building.

The price difference is not that much but the difference in standards between main building and annex building are too much. It makes customers feel shortchanged staying in annex building.

The location is fantastic, right across the north exit of the JR train station. You can't miss it. It is within walking distance to botanic garden, old government house, Odori Park, Ramen Yokocho and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The hotel furnishing is nice, the breakfast is wonderful - always a slight change in menu every morning. Free wifi connection is good. They top up the disposable toiletries like shavers, bath sponges, combs, toothbrush and toothpaste every day, even if you request not to have the bed made up, a fresh change of towels, yukatas, deposable toiletries and disposable slippers will be placed in a big laundry bag on the door knob for you. The staff are friendly. However their English is close to zilch. One staff can even speak Mandarin. Overall the service is quite good except one incident when they misplaced the roomkey I deposited at their counter but they rectify the matter quickly. Room is small as usual for Japanese standard and the bed is really hard.
