Friendly and helpful staff guided us in our selection of pizza and country-style specialties prepared by the matiarch, Orietta.

Perfect location to eat out in the old square. Very friendly, great service and delicious food. Perhaps a couple more vegetarian options would be nice!

We first dined at Orietta in 2013, and returned there in 2015, drawn by the savory homestyle food, but also the delightful location in the town piazza. The food is simple, but delicios—thin crusted pizzas; sliced beef with arugula, parmigiano, and a balsamic drizzle; fluffy pillows of spinach ravioli chased with un litro vino rosso de la casa. But the most enticing draw of this restaurant is watching the town of Cupramontana. First and foremost is the hard-working young woman who runs the restaurant with her equally industrious partner. It is mesmerizing to watch as they both fly through the patio with full platters and smiles on their faces. The courtyard generally hosts a lively soccer game between an international mix of local and tourist children waiting for dinner to be served. Large families surround the tables, and clusters of couples and small families fill out the mix. Elderly couples circle the perimeter on their evening passagiatta. The warm sunset light fades and twilight creeps in as we sip an espresso, nibble a dolce and linger over a limoncello. When we ask to make a reservation for another evening, the owner doesn't take a name or date— "I'll know you". We feel like we have come home

Great restaurant located in Cupramontana. Only 20 minutes by car from Ancona airport. Great local food, wines and very welcoming team.

This restaurant is located on the square in Cupramontana which is wonderful. The food was average compared to other local restaurants, but might of been due to a large dinning party the night we went as we'd heard great things about the food, just didn't deliver, shame!
