This hotel has 12 floors, good service, nice clean rooms, good bathrooms and is very conveniently located a short ride from the Songchan regional airport. There are shops and other hotels in the surroundings.

Beautiful large room, I was on the 8th floor with no outside traffic noise. Located 10 min walk to subway and close walk to a variety of eateries.
Best room service I have ever had, cleaned twice a day and left some lovely touches each time. Slippers were left along side the bed and a small Australia flag left on the desk. Another time a sweet dreams card was left on the turned down bedding and a bowl of fruit.
Price included free water, late checkout, parking and breakfast. Breakfast was basic but nice, toast, eggs, fruit, coffee and a selection of other hot dishes which changed for the following morning all self serve.

Friendly staff, very clean, top hotel. Great work Waikoloa hotel

Stayed at the hotel for seven nights out of an eighteen day vacation. Overall, the best experience out of eight different hotels, ranging from three to five stars, we rested with throughout Taiwan.

Quiet street, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and good water pressure. Housekeeping is excellent, both morning and turn down service. Loved the little touches like the rose in the bathroom, the American flag at the desk. Every housekeeping staff leaves a note with her name on it and everyone has her own style, like how to sort the used toiletries, where to place the daily fruits, etc. Some may think it's inconsistent, but I found it charming. While I noticed some small issues like the instant coffee packet wasn't replenished on one of the nights, one of the bath lights in the restroom wasn't turned off, etc., they are certainly not enough to ding a star off the review. The only time I had to contact the front desk for extra towels, the service was swift. The windows aren't gigantic like those on newer hotels but there isn't a view anyway since you are smack in the middle of city center on narrow streets.

Had breakfast daily in level B1's tiny lounge area. The spread is small but fresh and more than adequate. The courteous but shy young waitress even had our outside-bought steamed buns reheated by the kitchen one morning.

Two Metro/Subway stations are each a ten minutes of leisurely walk away, providing access to three different lines. Entire streets of flee-market style shopping and eating are even closer than the subway stations. Also nearby, 24-hour coin laundry, and movie theater. Oh, and there's an award-winning beef noodle house just across the elevated highway.

In-room WiFi strength is good. It's password protected but easily guessed. Business center is just a tiny alcove on the ground floor and the conference room in B1 is small.

Have been recommending this place to friends and family.

Room is large than I through. Like One Bedroom size.
Front desk is very friendly.
Good service
Room cleaners every night ( may be after 6:00 pm ) will have some fresh fruit put in
room. and set up bed sheets

Room tip: Higher floors have less A/C unit noise
