I love visiting Temples and spend some time looking at people praying there and all. Every country I go, I always try to go visit their temple. This is one of the nicer temple that I always visit. The building itself, the different sections. Full of culture and I love the smoky environment. Your kids will not like the smokiness of this place.

Thank Kiatteo

Large and famous temple in the heart of old Taipei. Near many other attractions as well. Always crowded with people offering prayers...

It's only a station away from our hotel. Rated as one of the top 100 temples in Taiwan, it's a worthwhile visit. The temple offer an incense for believers to pray around the temple. By my country, there are c. 20 deities located around the temple. Walk around the temple and take in the history and architecture of this historic building.

It's conveniently located across from the Longshan MRT station.

Longshan is a very beautiful temple but not in a great area. I felt it was quite beautiful and worth the experience, but I witnessed a fight, a woman beating a dog, and a lot of aggression so be careful when you go!

So refreshing to see this old temple in the middle of the city. Very accessible from the station. It was good just walking around the temple and looking at the beautiful decorations. May pa-falls pa! :)
