The urn-baked chicken was juicy and delicious. The skin was crispy. The chicken was very hot and yet the meat remained tender. Customers were provided gloves to tear up the chicken. This was quite a different experience from the traditional Chinese and Western restaurants where the meat was already cut into pieces.
Other than the chicken, the vegetables were fresh and the tofu was tasty. The cafe had a very nice view of the mountain. The cafe also had live fish, but we were full and did not try it.
