Stayed in Room 1207.
1) We stayed at Old England Manor Hotel for 2 nights and moved to another hotel, requested MingJing Hotel to pick us up which is just less than 1 km away, got rejected. End up Old England Hotel sent us to MingJing Hotel.
2) its winter solstice and they have buffet with tang yuan, we requested to pay for just 2 bowls of tang yuan as we had our dinner outside, they rejected eventhough we want to pay for 2 bowls of tang yuan. Utterly dissapointed.
3)Blanket size couldnt cover both of us on a king size bed and we end up requested for another blanket and they did not put a cover to the quilt.
4) Breakfast spread is limited.
This hotel is just for the scenery, service was bad, bath tub is yellowish. No english cd.

This is not very noble hotel. This is for family stay. There are A,B,C D houses. and I stay in D, which is 3 min. van ride from the lobby. There is shuttle van. The service people here are all extreme kind. very nice. The view from A building platform is just so nice. It is in a higher land, so that not so many people around, which is quite place.

Unique location with stunning view. The rooms are rather small and the meals timing are regulated. The surrounding views are beautiful especially with the low clouds.Totally nothing to do at night. The breakfast is reasonable and the rooms are clean

You can see from the photo what an ugly building this B&B is. Full on tacky faux European architecture and dreadful decor. Looks like your aunt's ugly 1970s house whose façade hasn't been cleaned or painted since then either.

The room was quite a shocker too. OK, so it has floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows with stunning vistas but that was its only saving grace. It was otherwise so tiny that the bathroom occupied literally one quarter of it. Just imagine a squarish room where one quarter has sliding doors to wall off the bathroom. Then just enough space to accommodate a queen bed and a small cupboard for a TV, one drawer of drinks and kettle, and a very odd water fountain on the counter top. No storage of clothing except an open hanging rack for a couple of coat hooks and hangers. If you can get the room at the end of the corridor, there's a bit more space.

Breakfast was delicious though!

I'm glad we only stayed one night!

Location – There are four buildings. Blocks A and B are uphill and have better views. It is not walkable to the sights but there are free shuttles to the bus station where you can take the regular buses to the sights.
Room – clean, not luxurious but comfortable enough. It has cold/hot airconditioner, which is a big help as it gets quite cold up in the mountain.
Breakfast – mostly Chinese selections but plenty.
Service – clear and helpful communication. Staff are attentive.

Room tip: Block A and B are higher and have better views
