If you are looking for a change from city life, this is it. Located at a very quiet town on the hilltop, with a sizable backyard for children to run around and a small space for home grown vegetables. Do be warned, their rooms does not equip TV as the owners prefer visitors to spend time outside their rooms. It wasn't a big issue for me and my husband as we spend 3 hours talking over tea and some supper we packed from dinner. I'm not the most chatty person and warm up pretty slow to people I've just met but true to the reviews, the couple will make you feel just like home and strike up a conversation that could go on and on and on.

Definitely an experience I would never forget (in a good way of course!). Breakfast is served with most of the dishes grown by them. And bread made by them. A of course, coffee with coffee bean grown by them. The location is a little hard to find so do switch on your GPS.

The room was clean, the boss is very kind. Meals are also very delicious! Pusuhouse courtyard is very suitable for tea and a chat and see the beautiful mountain in Taiwan. Taiwan has beautiful scenery, people are very warm and friendly. If the opportunity will come again to stay.
房間很乾淨,老闆非常親切.
餐點也很美味!
Pusuhouse庭院很適合泡茶聊天看看台灣美麗的山景
有著台灣美麗的風景,人們都很熱情和友善.
如有機會會再來入住的.

This is our first time to stay at the 民宿,very different from stay at hotel, but we , 3 HK ladies, enjoy it very much.
The view is great, the host are sincere and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious. 我們喜歡 這個民宿 比較遠離 觀光區, 很不一樣的環境和氣氛。
It is worth this trip, even though we drove 3.5 hours drom Taipei to there. We stop at the 西湖休息區 which is great place for rest and shopping. : )

We experienced the 溪頭自然教育園區之 大學池, 空中走廊。 妖怪村。 當地新鮮水果。

Wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year of 2016!

Room tip: Everything is perfect.

Stayed only for one night but husband and wife team really made us feel welcome

There was home made tea served and friendly conversation, delicious maize cakes for supper and breakfast was specially cooked with everything from their garden

It's about 5km to the main city but if living out on the mountains is your thing, look no further

One of our favourite stops on our 12 day road trip around Taiwan. We got there at night after grabbing dinner, so it was a little late. We were greeted by warmly by the lovely couple who run Pusu. After getting us settled in, the husband drove us to see and catch fireflies! There was no set schedule, so we spent as much time as we wanted. My daughters couldn't stop giggling and showing the fireflies they caught with their hands!

We returned to Pusu to enjoy a fresh brewed green tea from their own tea farm! It was so aromatic and calming. The couple shared their tea knowledge as they poured the tea that you see on travel shows. We talked and shared drive stories, as we enjoyed the most amazing green tea I've ever had.

Our room's window faced another tea farm and mountains, which was incredible sight to wake up to. As I enjoyed the view I heard women singing as the picked tea leaves by hand. We went down to have a closer look and had a nice chat with them. It's amazing just watching them work.

Breakfast was in the yard with a view of more mountains! Breakfast may look simple to some, but this traditional Taiwanese home style breakfast was made by ingredients from their own garden! It tasted so good! I was surprised to see a cup of coffee, staying in the middle of tea farms and all. It tasted amazing! The husband proudly showed us his coffee bean plant. They roast their own coffee beans!

After breakfast, the husband showed us how they roast tea and coffee beans, as well as the brick pizza oven he's building. He then talked about the different places in Taiwan we should visit to help us with our travels with his own map.

The room is very basic and clean with Japanese style mattresses on the floor. Very roomy. Depending on the room you're staying in, you'll have to walk up a few flights of stairs.

The bathroom and shower are clean and roomy.

On the ground floor there's a large common area with a piano, board games, books and toys for kids to play with.
