You need to go up til the church and you can see the whole Yilan
Worth to see and it's so fresh (no polution at all) up there
But when we go there it's after raining so it's a bit slippery. I suggest to wear a sport shoes rather than a slipper huh

A delightful walk with plenty of scenic views and several stunning waterfalls. I have met only local Taiwanese people on that hike. I think that's a pity because it's one of the most pleasant hikes on the whole island. It isn't easy to find, but with Internet, the GPS, Google maps and the like, it's not impossible either. You can ask a taxi to drop you there and pick you up two or three hours later. You can also rent a car or a motorbike, but don't miss it!

It’s not too difficult a walk up but the steps are slippery so wear comfortable sturdy shoes. Nice scenic shots with a pagoda type structure too.
Good to visit the nearby cathedral too.

If you like nature , this is a must. Manageable walking trail for families even with kids . Pathways are quite easy to walk and weather is fantastic . Be sure to go all the way to the peak where you will also find the wufengchi chapel . Follow another path nearby and you will be at the foot of the waterfall . Beautiful find

Our driver highly recommended this place and I thanked him for that! It's really a beautiful place with great scenery.
As it was wet, I'm glad we have someone to helped us getting in and out of the waterfall pools. The rocks can be rather slippery.
Nice view from the top!
