This is one of those picture perfect postcard beaches that deserves a visit. It has an entry fee and while that annoyed me initially, I soon realised that the cost to cut through the cliffs to make it accessible deserved the nominal entry fee. Need to go through a series of steep steps to reach but worth it. Brilliant waters. Only that given its easy accessibility compared to other beaches, gets easily crowded.
Alternately, keep moving on the road towards the Uluwatu temple and head off to another beach just close by (also called padang beach on Google maps) - this beach is relatively longer and less crowded.
