Enjoyed a beautiful dinner, like all the reviews before the pomelo salad was amazing, flavors were out of this world. They gave complimentary bread rolls and dipping oils, so I would suggest sharing 1 entree between 2 they were quiet filling and we couldn't eat all our mains. The green curry could have had more spicy bight to it, my husband had the seafood noodles with soft boiled egg on top he said it was also amazing with fish pieces, octopus, prawns etc was such a shame we were too full to enjoy the whole mains. Service was great very attentive would recommend 😉

Having travelled extensively we were looking forward to a thai feast but what we got was ok food just lacking in flavour. Friendly staff. Very noisy with man singing live. Too much to be able to talk without shouting.

Although our experience here wasn't that bad, we were quite surprised at the prices after eating out in Kamala for almost a week. The presentation was good but over THB220 for normal Thai dishes like green curry, which can be eaten down the road for a third of the price, was excessive. The service was fine, the beach side location was very nice. The food was fine, but not outstanding. The music was rather poor.

On a surf trip to Kamala we were taken to Bua restaurant for lunch - we were welcomed and taken to the best table in the large timber rustic balcony overlooking an idyllic bay complete with colourful dhonis - that was just the beginning - while preparation and serving took awhile and not everything arrived together the food was worth the wait - we were served tiny little home baked bread rolls with a combination of pickles and balsamic vinegar dipping sauces to start and then ordered pomelo salad with grapefruit - mango salad with grilled prawns and a noodle dish - the flavours in these dishes was outstanding - together with our view it'd be very hard to find anything that compares to the authentic feel and flavours of this rustic restaurant

Tucked away near the fancy Kamala villas - is a quaint little Thai / Western restaurant. The food is consistently great and the owners wonderfully accommodating. I asked for hot lemongrass tea which wasn't on the menu and they made it for me! Must eat here - tuna tartare, pomelo salad, pork belly and Phad Thai.

I've been a few times. But on this visit, prawns in rice were not so fresh. Otherwise always an excellent dining experience!!
