A beautiful and spread out Property with 4 pools and a beach front too. You can't ask for more if you love water and the Sun and the Sea.
A very friendly staff at the reception as well as the Restaurant too. The Breakfast spread is probably as big as the property is - Super

Well presented tidy hotel. Received a free upgrade on arrival to a junior suite. Nice clean room. Housekeeping were very good and cleaned the room to a high standard every day.
The staff were very friendly and attentive in the hotel and in both of the two resturants with great food and a good selection of drinks.
This hotel has a choice of pools which are all very nice and clean or the beach which is also very pretty.
This hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. If you wish to visit Patong there is a shuttle bus from the hotel reception in the evening.
There is a choice of excursions which pick up from the hotel every day. We went on the James Bond Island day trip which was very good.
If i had to critisize one thing about the stay, it would be the general state of the surrounding area. Litter and plastic strewn everywhere. This is no fault of the hotel or its staff and is common for everywhere I have been in Thailand. I absolutely love this country but I wish they would sort out the litter problem.
The hotel and staff were fantastic and i would definitly recommend to anyone that wants a quiet luxury break in a great location.

This was our best Holidays so far and hotel’s great location directly on the beach has huge impact on evaluation.
PROS.
- The staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to best waiter CHANG and our room maid TIDAMAS.
- The food choices in the Beach Restaurant were amazing, a la carte for dinner.
- The musical trio played almost every evening in restaurant.
- The saving grace for the hotel was the beach.The sea was lovely and warm to swim, 30 C
- They have the best massage service in whole Phuket in very nice hotel area and they have the same prices 300 baths = 9 eur, as other places on the street.
- In low seasone, beginning of July, we have first 10th days without any rain , and just some in last four days . Daily temperatures almost perfect 29 – 31 C , much better as it is in High seasone between 35 -40 C .
- We were on half board base and you can changed dinner for launch
- every day two bottles of water in fridge
- biggest poll towels ever seen
CONS.

ADVICES:
- Daily Trips booking you should do in Phatong ( must do: speed boat PHI PHI islands, boat + kayacking in PHANG NGA 007 islands, Island safari ELEPHANTS…). For all three trips I paid 2700 baths = 80 eur, that is more than 3x cheaper as it is normal adviced price ( Ok, this was Low seasone)
- Rent a scooter 125 cm for 6 eur /day and visit by own all other places ; beaches ( at least 10 of them, night life and shopping in Phatong, Big budha, Wat Chalong…)

My wife an I spent 6 days at the Sunprime Kamala Beach Resort for a quick winter getaway. The resort was amazing, right on the beach and there were pools everywhere.
The most striking this we first noticed was the gardens at the resort. This is our third Thai trip away and the gardens around the resort are the best we have seen thus far. Perfectly manicured and spotlessly clean.
The beach restaurant was the main dining option as the pool restaurant was closed because of the off season. The breakfasts were amazing, with choices of Thai and western diets catered for.
Thanks to Tawan who was head of service, funny funny man, very polite and happy to chat about pretty much everything, always smiling and the staff around him always happy. The touching farewell was that he wanted to make sure we said goodbye on our last day. The plus is that we got to watch the surf rolling in as we had our daily breakfast to start the day
With the dining options in and around the resort were spoilt for choice. The food choices in the Beach Restaurant were amazing and portion sizes more than enough. The unfortunate thing (and I hate saying this) is that the atmosphere was a little lacking as service was a bit more mechanical, not like the fun atmosphere of breakfast service. The trio that provided the musical entertainment were amazing, we loved it!
We have certainly put Kamala on the return list and we will miss the beautiful Thai smiles and greetings that we had every day.

Spent 8 days here! Every relaxed atmosphere, beautiful sunsets! The restaurant food is ok! Much better food at places close by! But it’s none the less good! Depends on what you are looking for, sunprime is very laid back. People are always helpful! There is a hotel cat called lucky who became part of my everyday great🤣
