View, hosts and service was great. Owners always ensured our comfort and helped make calls, bookings, enquiries for us. They recommended great picnic spots and local joints to us. We managed to make friends at a great little local bar a few metres away from the hotel.
Food spread was nice. Breathtaking room view. Cute little room. Clean and tidy.
Hotel Ortensia was amazing. A convenient location, a very attentive and helpful staff, and a clean bedroom and bathroom. The view was great from the dining room and the balcony outside our bedroom. Wifi is provided and works well. The staff was extremely accommodating and called to make dinner reservations for us and offered us a variety of food and activity recommendations. Breakfast was served in the dining room with a variety of food to choose from and a coffee bar. The hotel is a very short walk from the bus stop which takes you to all parts of the island for just a few euros. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.
Hotel Ortensia is a spectacular spot. Tasteful decor with amazing views in a great location. The staff was great. Lucia was so friendly and helpful. She speaks perfect Italian and English and helped book all of our outings.
Hotel Ortensia is located in the best part of Ponza. Your view from this hotel are spectacular. The dining room is open and looks out to a magnificent sunrise in the am and sunset in the pm.
The hotel is spotless and has every amenity your heart desires. Every morning you are given a breakfast consisting of homemade goodies and traditional breakfast food. There is a coffee bar which offers delicious espresso, cappuccino and American coffee.
Last but not least your charming hosts, Danielle and Giovanna will welcome you and make you feel at home the minute you step foot into the hotel. They are always available to make sure your stay at Hotel Ortensia is always a pleasurable one!

It is a beautiful place that makes you feel to not go back to the everyday life. The hotel has a beautiful view and the comfort is very good. The staff and the owners Giovanna and Daniele are very friendly and professionals.
