Great quiet room, very spacious, bathroom large, modern and very clean. We can't really fault anything with the room however we had to park further down the road in a paid parking lot as there's not enough car parks out the front.

My family and I stayed here for a week and had the best time in beautiful Queenstown!

The Quest is very close to the airport and is about 30 mins by bus to town. There’s a bus stop conveniently located across the road. We used the bus all the time as it was easier for us and cheap! Also the trip goes fairly quickly with the lovely scenery to view on the journey.:)

There are cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the Remarkables Park Town shops all within walking distance which was very handy.

As we walked into the Quest it smelt like new and very clean. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff and made to feel very welcome.

We stayed in a two bed apartment which included a kitchenette, living room area, laundry facilities and a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It’s a nice quiet location.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to get my daughter’s teddies back as they had been misplaced. They also accommodated us with a later check out time due to our situation.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the Quest but my only personal preferences would have been a bath tub and a safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place! :)
