We have just returned from what has become an annual stop on the journey home to the UK from a holiday further south in France, and we have yet again enjoyed the excellent hospitality of Sebastien and his team at La Cour de Remi. Our meal was, as always, truly superb (the ice cream made from milk from the neighbouring cows, with a bergamot confit, was - without any exaggeration - the best ice cream I have ever tasted, bar none. But the veal with girolles and the marinated salmon with guacomole were outstanding as well!). The rooms are excellent, and the setting wonderful. Sebastien is a great host and runs an exemplary establishment - if only there were more places as good as this. We plan to visit more often!More
