We chose this rental as it ticked all the boxes for our accommodation requirements following a trip to Sundown Adventure park - safe to say not my ideal choice of destination, but toddler focused activities were a must! My friend and I had a room each and brought travel cots so the little ones could bunk in with us (unfortunately budget didn't stretch to a house big enough for a whole bedroom each!)
The owner met us at the property (after a little trouble finding it - putting that down to relying too heavily on sat nav and not using my eyesight), and she showed us around and clarified check out details for the next day. There was fresh milk in the fridge for us, and tea, coffee etc which is always a nice touch.
The property is clean and comfortable, with a very spacious living room, ideal for once the little people went to bed and we could enjoy some well earned prosecco and nibbles!
The only issue we had was the central location of the property, which ordinarily would be ideal if you are actually visiting Gainsborough itself, however it was quite noisy in the evening with traffic etc. In hindsight I could have checked this before booking. The only other small child focused issue was the open plan stair case in the kitchen/dining area - again, I did see this on the listing when booking, it just meant keeping an eye on little feet at all times!
Our stay at the property was not even 24 hours, but overall very comfortable and just what we needed! Great value too.

we stayed for one week and it was everything we needed. local shops, town centre only a 10minute walk away, papas fish and chip shop across the road, amazing trent port restaurant 5 min walk away. excellent value for money, spotless apartment, Angie is friendly and made us feel at home. we will be booking again more then once next year. i can not praise the apartment enough, so spacious with everything you could need and highly reccommend it to anyone visiting gainsborough. thankyou Angie for everything you are a star :)

The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and very reasonably priced. The location can be a bit noisy with traffic as it is on the street in town and lorries pass seemingly 24 hours a day. That being said we all slept well.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We come form the countryside and thought it might be a bit noisy from the road, but slept really well.
The apartment was situated close to the town, so that we could walk to pubs and restaurants nearby.

An excellent apartment close to the town centre. Perfect size for a couple or family and spotlessly clean. The owners have done a good job making it a real home from home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Angie.
