Dear Renaissance Phuket,
I got a chance to stay here for 1 night with our new born, many things happened but I really enjoyed our stay
Upon checking in, we met Khun Lilly who professionally handled our booking well and without a waiting we were escorted to the room.
At the parking, Khun Sam assisted us unloaded the luggage and parked our car safely. He is very helpful and friendly.
We were assigned to the room 124, thanks to Khun Alex and the Housekeeping team who beautifully decorated the room to welcome our boy and also the delicious cake, such a nice touch.
Unfortunately by the act of god, the air conditioner in the room was not as cold as we expected, we needed to leave the wonderful room 124. Our new room is on the 2nd floor, everything works perfectly.
We chose Takieng restaurant for our dinner, We have ordered the food but after a few minutes my son didn't feel so good. I asked the staff to bring all the food to the room instead, the food was great, how unfortunate we couldn't enjoyed it with the atmosphere of the restaurant.
I couldn't remember all the name of the Takieng staff on the night of 24 March, but hopefully they will be mentioned in your meeting since they worked hard and did their best in the busy night.
We ordered some more food and requested for something from the Delighted to Serve team, Khun Gusnew is the star, she put a smile in her voice and responded promptly, things was easy with her help.
Next afternoon, it's time to leave, Khun Anan drove us from the room ( so many things from him to carry! ) and we were effortlessly checked out by Khun Lily. Khun Alex knew that our son still not feeling good, she gave him a tiny fluffy bear as a gesture of kindness. Really impressive.
After all things, we will definitely come back here.
