Visited for ten nights August/September 2017 as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 10 years. it was my 30th birthday when we stayed and had a bottle of wine sent up to our room. My husband had ordered a surprise birthday cake which was a lovely touch. Room was spotlessly clean, food great. Beach was lovely and the animation team were the best and entertained our kids brilliantly.
trying to re book for this year but Tui have informed us that they are no longer selling hotels to English clientele anymore.

Room Tip: We had a pool/sea view which was just stunning, well worth the upgrade!

Hi, We visited Alcudia pins in September of 2017. Beautiful beach, but dirty. For the sunbeds you have to pay (when you choose all inclusive, it's not very pleasant). The food was ok, the entertainment was nice, the staff at the reception and kitchen not very welcome! When we got to the room by our selfs, there was a lot of hair on the floor, sheets, obviously we talked about this with the reception and nothing changed! We liked Alcudia, but never will go back to this Hotel!

We thank your holiday review, we appreciate all opinions.
We are really sorry if you had a bad experience in our resort at your arrival, we do all we can so every guest experiences an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday.
The beach by the hotel is not private to the hotel it is a public beach run by the local council, so they charge for the sunbeds.
Regards

We visited Alcudia pins in May/June of 2017. It is set someway out of Alcudia itself and you need to get a bus or a taxi in all honesty to get to either Alcudia or C'an Picafort. The set up is pretty large there with a mainly Scandinavian clientele. There was nowhere near enough sunbeds to cope with the number of guests present at the hotel which was disappointing as you could not easily set up a base to be able to watch over your children by the kids pool. The policing of sunbed reservation was pleasing to see, but you still had to get out early as many of the other guests (Scandinavians especially) would sit on their beds from 7.30. This led to me doing the same so we could get beds in an ok position and meant we were unable to have a family breakfast for most of the holiday. The food was generally good and you were supposed to alternate between an outdoors restaurant and the main restaurant each night. We ignored this as it was just annoying. You are entitled to one night at the special restaurant and I must say this was superb as it overlooked the lovely beach at the back of the hotel and the food was excellent. The reps were also very good and the rooms were of a good standard. The kids enjoyed the entertainment and generally had a good time, but we found it difficult to relax with how busy and expansive the hotel was. For that reason we would not visit again as it was not for us. I'm sure other families may love it, but

We have been to the Alcudia Pins 5 maybe 6 times, mainly for the beach which is really good and has been a safe place for the grandchildren. The hotel is of a good standard clean and well cared for. The staff are lovely and are very helpful. Food has a good selection and all inclusive a good option. The pool is clean but can get overcrowded, standing room only. The area outside the hotel ie shops are tacky but at the port are good. The price in August for two weeks can be expensive. Pool and sea view recommended.
