Great apart from Halloween
Review of Viva Blue & Spa

Had a lovely time at Viva Blue.
We stayed in one of the Royal Terrace apartments which had a great view from the terrace.
Food was good and plentiful.
The main pool was very cold. Fortunately the laned pool and the Selection Club pool were heated. The spa was good too.
Only false note for me was Halloween. The hotel didn’t do anything for it which was very disappointing for the kids - especially when we could see that Viva Sunrise had made an effort for it. Baffling really - we were at PortBlue Pollentia last year for Halloween and they made a huge effort.

Bar service attitude to guests was very poor. Online table qr code driven ordering systems which staff did not process. We felt processed by this establishment.

Hotel was lovely, staff were all friendly, family room was big and spacious, pools were great, entertainment was great, kids activities were great. Best part having restaurant served food as part of all inclusive, buffet was breakfast and evening meal, lunch was ordered from pool bar menu and served. Great touch for us.
Area was nice and flat and only a short walk too the beach.
Overall a great family holiday

Overall a family friendly hotel, with tasty food in the main restaurant. Lots of activities however need a gold wristband to enter the nicer Oasis pool. The room was mostly clean and spacious however had a terrible smell in bathroom after a few uses (as soon as the cleaner came the smell would leave). Could hear people in the room upstairs moving furniture or kids running about. Location’s excellent next to the nature reserve and 2 min walk to the beach, with a short bus ride to Alcúdia.

This hotel is the best in terms of beautiful design, service, behavior of staff, quality of food and most importantly entertainment for children. I strongly recommend it to all families.🪼🪸🐟⛵️🛥️⛴️🐠 Daily programs and entertainment make children very excited.🚸
