Firstly it is always great if the people you talk to or meet are helpful and I can say that both Sabine and Petra the housekeeper were a real pleasure to deal with. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing, all the way over the valley to the sea!
The outdoor areas are very relaxing and our dog loved running round and swimming in the pool! The house was cool for our stay even without air con, the internet worked fine and everything was clean. The villages in the area are beautiful as well as the gorges so plenty of local days out.
The house is suitable for those wanting a relaxing time in a quieter spot. Of course for great views the price is sometimes a trip up a hill and the road is not very friendly, which really needs a 4 * 4, my car was on the limit in off road mode and the speed very slow taking 10 minutes to get to Seillans. The view though is stunning!
1 review A wonderful house and garden in the middle of the fantastic nature of the mountains surrounding Seillans. If you love peace and nature combined with luxury and short drives to exciting sites and cities, then this is the most perfect place in Southern France. To top that the host couple will go over and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

We stayed in Le Cas for two weeks in july 2018. After a 1,4 km drive 'off the beaten track" you are rewarded with your own piece of true French paradise. Especially the views are stunning, the garden (with 'jeu-the-boule" area' is well maintained and the natural swimming pool is really special! Le Cas offers all the comfort you need, with well equipped kitchen and a nice sitting area outside. The house has lots of original details but also modern comfort. I would recommend Le Cas for people who can appreciate the unique views and peace and quietness, and don't mind driving a view kilometers uphill and offroad!
