This market is open twice a week Tuesday and Friday and is set about 500 meters from the Karon Circle. I loved this market largely due to the fact it’s set on the surrounding area of Wat Suwan Khiri Khet, which is a beautiful Buddhist temple in the heat of Karon Village. The stalls have your usual souvenirs of clothing, jewellery, art, sarongs, handicrafts etc, also a variety of street food is sold here, anything from Pad Thai, fruit shakes to fried insects. I found the temple itself beautiful and stopped at a few spots a long the way to admire it. My family left with some great bargains.
