Stayed here April 2019 this hotel is about 20 mins walk to beach down main road through the town really clean and staff super friendly breakfast was great lots of choice Inc Chinese food noodles and chicken dishes different but nice there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel as a family of 4 we ate tea for about £10-£30 each night inc drinks the hotel is VERY expensive this is a shame as we would of eaten there on several night. We did get 2 free evening family meals (only used one) but the. Drinks came to £20!!!!!!!! 6 DRINKS
So eat out is what I say and the street vendors are anywhere from £1 up to £5 we had lots very tasty meals ,there is a free bus to beach everyday only drop off no pick up and if you want to buy crisps, snacks ,pop etc there is a TESCO on way into town which we found really cheap 5litre bottle of water 40 baht = £1 you get 2 small bottles in your room everyday and there is a small fridge so you can buy pop etc from Tesco or wherever and put it in fridge The swim up rooms are great if you have kids as ours we're in and out all day THERE were mosquitos in room everyday and my husband got bit quite back so take some insect spray and mosquito bands Karon is as cheap or expensive as you like like it cheap eat off main drag down side streets and always barter for goods

We have just returned home after the most wonderful holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel, beautiful place, very relaxing and staff are outstanding, rooms are reallly nice and comfortable and are cleaned every day. This is our third time in Thailand and this is by far the nicest hotel and best resort, so much so we will definitely be coming back next year.

The room was lovely with a swim up balcony! But after the first day the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was unbearable! So we left for a few days and went to koh lipe hoping they would fix it! But we opening the door upto return and the smell nearly took my head off! So after a week of them trying with air freshener to fix the problem we were upgraded to a better room! All I can say is we got a wardrobe extra! Wow! Lol
I think the resort as a whole needs a major referb! The pool is a big selling point! But sadly needs some repair loose tiles and wobbly seats in the water
