“What a week!”
Reviewed 18 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Just spent a week at this delightful place. Our horrendous journey from Birmingham was soon forgotten arriving in a beautifully maintained property with welcome drinks tray ( fabulous biscuits ), fresh milk in the fridge and fresh flowers on the dining table. Little touches that were so appreciated. Thank you!
Spotlessly clean, light and airy and very comfortable bedrooms and upstairs open plan lounge / kitchen. One bedroom is en-suite and there is a good size house bathroom.
We liked the "upside down" layout very much. Beautiful wooden staircase (possibly tricky if less able ...but that's just our opinion).
Good sea views from the raised decking area outside and situated in a quiet little lane. There is a further garden seating area at the back .
There were contact details for local people if we needed help with anything ( we didn't ...but nice to know someone was around if needed !)
First visited Coverack two years ago and loved the village and it's warm and friendly people then. Our second visit did not disappoint ... It has to be one of the friendliest places in Britain.
Would certainly recommend eating at the Lifeboat House, buying anything from Archies Loft (amazing sandwiches) and getting coffee and cake from the Village Shop. The White Hart Inn at nearby St Keverne was also good.
Everywhere we went we were treated so kindly and, coupled with the lovely accommodation, means we've enjoyed a super Cornish holiday.
Highly recommend...all of it!!

“Very convenient.”
Reviewed 26 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Good location, handy for all the restaurants / pub in Coverack and with it's own parking bay.
Liked having the living area upstairs.

“Just wonderful”
Reviewed 11 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our adult children and couldn't fault it. We know the area very well and were very pleased with the location of the cottage and especially that there was parking for two cars; a real boon in Coverack as parking can be tricky. The cottage has bedrooms downstairs so that the lovely views can be enjoyed from the large open plan room upstairs. We appreciated the milk, tea/coffee and biscuits awaiting us after our journey - a welcome touch. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean (always important to me) and modern.
The house is well furnished and equipped; for foodies like us there's a good sized fridge/freezer and a good cooker, a reasonable range of pans and utensils and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
I would heartily recommend this lovely little cottage - except I'm slightly worried that it'll be taken when we want to book it again!

“Lovely modern cottage in a stunning location”
Reviewed 10 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This is the second stay at Little Fernleigh, which is a very well equipped warm and comfortable cottage. The cottage is beautifully presented and there is a local contact for any problems. Both times I have contacted the owner direct and received a very prompt response. The village of Coverack is very friendly with good amenities for all ages. As a family we have spent many happy holidays here spanning over 25 years. Already l am looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing cottage with stunning views. The cottage is a very high standard with lovely indoor and outdoor space for the family. We loved our stay. Coverack is a picture perfect seaside town.
