We had softshell crab with salted eggyolk- which everyone in our group of 3 found to be delicious. We each had a soup – mine was watercress with pork ribs – drank every drop of it. Also had baby abalone with kai lan, and some other dishes - all good to excellent. Xiao long Bao - skin was too thick and not enough soup and meat inside.
Service was not good, as the waiters were foreigners who do not know the dishes and cannot speak with customers. We ordered our soups at the same time, and they only brought 2 out of 3. Had to call for the head waiter twice before I eventually got my soup. The foreigner waiter also brought us another table’s dish towards the end of our meal.
Overall, the food was excellent, but service was below par.
