Really nice and picture perfect. Unfortunately all of the trails were closed so we spend some time on the platform watching the water and it was super relaxing.

These falls are good all year round, but after a good wet season, they are absolutely spectacular.
Access is very easy, with plenty of parking and during the dry season a cafe and swimming.
The walk to the top of the falls is steep in places, but with plenty of rest stops available anyone with a basic level of fitness should be able to complete.

What an amazing place. The falls were flooded, but can walk to the bottom of the falls on the walkway, and it was amazing. There was so much water. So beautiful. You can drive from Darwin on a day trip. Easy drive. Can’ Get lost.

Its a bit of a walk to the water for a swim, but all in the shade and not too difficult. Once at the water its a lovely waterfall and swimming area. We swam as a family and swam right up to the waterfall (along with loads of other families!). There were no croc warnings in place at our visit but I think that is seasonal as there has been a recent attack there.
A good view from the top, but without a swim not sure I would walk to the bottom!
