Anemolia Villa is located in the quaint village of Megalachori, which is perfect for those that want peace and privacy away from Fira and Oia. The villa is traditional but it has been extremely well redesigned and renovated under an architect's guidance to be thoroughly modern while also retaining its heritage features. The villa is spotless, is well fitted out and has two large comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The neighbourhood is very quiet and you feel part of the local community. Good quality restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away and are highly recommended. Finally, the owner and host, Spyridoula, is exceptional and is always happy to help out with suggestions to enjoy the fabulous Greek island of Santorini.

Anemolia Villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Beautifully finished with a definite wow factor!! My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing week which was made all the more special by Spyridoula the owner who organised everything from car hire to transfers, trips, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the lovely village of Megalchori which has a lovely square hosting a good selection of restaurant and shops. I would highly recommend Anemolia. Big thank you to Spyridoula it was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your amazing villa. Julie xx
My experience at Anemolia Via was complete perfection from beginning to end! The Villa is absolutely stunning and exactly as it appears in photos, meticulously and tastefully decorated and in pristine condition (our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer).
It is located in a small village about a 20+ minute drive from Fira which was actually perfect as Fira and Oia are both quite touristy and it was really nice to go to a more serene, low-key village.
The host Spyridoula was beyond amazing, as soon as we arrived at the Villa she gave us a list of all the things to do on the island, her favorite restaurants as well as what tourist traps to avoid. She was spot on in her recommendations and also booked (and managed) the car rental for us as well as arranged for our car transfers to and from the ferry and airport and always told us to call her night or day should we need anything. My friend even left his passport in the hotel in Mykonos and she helped us arrange to have it delivered to us in Santorini and even accompanied my friend to the messenger office to pick it up and ensure that he received it in time for our flight the next day.
I cannot sing higher praises of the Villa and our host and would highly recommend to anyone interested in renting (and note this is coming from three very picky, hard to please New Yorkers!). A++++
