I totally recommend this hotel for families with small babies. Perfect views, good service, friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and no mosquitoes at all.. (I loved the hotel birthday cake treat in my room) and by the way the food is so delicious and everything is fresh. The only negative thing was that the beer and wine were tasteless, almost like alcohol free.

Room was very clean but there could have been more information about the hotel and local sights etc as well as a daily bottle of water perhaps .this is a hotel that excels at its outside areas ..it really is stunning and has good furniture and number of sunbeds.

Room Tip: We booked a mountain view room but could also see the sea

We stayed at this all inclusive hotel between the 12th May to the 17th May.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and very helpful.

The food was plentiful and served from 0730 to 2330 at night. A wide selection was available.

Although drinks are included most of the local drinks are not high in alcohol content, so don't expect to get drunk all day long.

I can highly recommend the spa treatments which are available for an extra supplement, ask for the days special to receive better rates.

Overall I would recommend this hotel

Having read recent reviews we wonder what some of the reviewers have experienced elsewhere.
The plusses - helpful, pleasant and attentive staff, pool bar staff especially helpful & went the extra mile to help with any request. Rooms were as you would expect, clean, pleasant décor & a nice sea view that we had paid for.
The negatives - only the pool bar open during the day, the area adjacent to the lobby was dark, unwelcoming, dated & faded. Little or no information in the room about TV channels, what was included on all-inclusive tariff, medical facilities etc, etc. No Tissues provided in room. All inclusive guests have to pay for a bottle of water at bar if they don't keep the bottle provided with lunch or dinner - again not explained in room.
The restaurant -  buffet food luke-warm if not cold ( discussed this with restaurant manager twice, he said he would make adjustments, not a lot happened). Plates in hot warmer cold as piled up way above capacity. Staff at serving or 'show cooking' positions seemed to be trainees and uncertain as to what they were serving. When asked what meat was that one server was carving, she had to return to kitchen to ask. Once when asked what fish she was serving another server replied 'Fillet'!   Labelling of food erratic & sometimes totally incorrect or non-existent.. Only one toast machine for breakfast that broke down the second day we were there and was not replaced. No enforcement of dress code in restaurant with guests in swimwear etc being admitted for dinner in contravention of rules stated outside restaurant. No wine list if you did not want House Wines.
We could go on but the reader will probably now understand the reason for the title of our post.
