This amazing restaurant was recommended by our airbnb host, Faustas. My friend and I made a reservation for a lunch buffet on Sunday at approximately 3pm. Do take note that the buffet ends at 5pm unless stated otherwise.

We were treated with a picturesque view of the fjords and also a myriad of fresh seafood and savoury meat dishes. We ended off our meal on a high note with dessert. Personally, I really love the cake which was fluffy yet moist in the inside and also the mousse, which was of the perfect balance of sweetness. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and appreciated the chance to taste authentic Norwegian cuisine. Will definitely come back for more if I were to ever visit Norway again. With a great view overlooking the fjords and myriad of delicious dishes, what more can I ask for?

We planned to come late for the Sunday buffet - booking. Table for 15:30, with closing time at 17:00. Turned out that booking wasn't really needed, but there were several family parties there so it could easily be filled up. Very new features and interesting food. Very relaxed, didn't feel rushed. And the view is wonderful, looking out to sea from a really amazing building.

During a sightseeing trip around the outskirts of Bergen we happened upon this restaurant set right on the Fusafjord in a brand new cultural center. The steamed mussels with French fries and tartar sauce were delicious and the view spectacular - even on a cloudy day.

The food is good here, although with typical Norwegian prices. However, it is the view that sells the place. A beautiful setting with views across the fjord.
