What I liked about this place was that the service was well up to par for a 3 star resort like this whether it was FO,FB,HK or Engineering. Me and my girlfriend were taken care of nicely. We had an enjoyable stay and we enjoyed our food and beverages.

The things this resort lacked to make a 5 stars review was that it lacked certain maintenance. There were long squeaks with every step we took in the room. The staff should also remind and inform their guests not to adjust their aircon below 21 degrees Celsius. As we noticed that there was an unusual lack of cool air we normally get in hotels we've stayed at in the past I went and looked at the remote and noticed that the temperature was set to 16 degrees!!! I instantly knew now that we were possibly on the verge of a room change because there was definitely something wrong with the commissar and repairing would take a very long time and we were soon going to sleep. We did not blame the staff totally, it was definitely the previous customer but still the staff should have informed them about adjusting AC temperatures to such a level. In the end we stayed in our room because the commissar wasn't badly frosted to the point of immediate need of repair. The air we got was just cool enough. The second thing was that the beach was not very clean the whole time. It was only clean in the morning but in the afternoon you could expect some filth. Also the jacuzzi in the resort's pool had tiles missing, in obvious need of maintenance and there were no functioning back massaging jets. Come on guys.

TIPS:
- AVOID ROOM A4 for now (the room we actually stayed in) if you weigh over 65kgs and dont like hearing bumpskeaks with every one of your foot steps.
- if you want a beachside bungalow (beside the restaurant) BOOK THEM MONTHS IN ADVANCE
- Book with them directly and ask them how new your room is in terms of general condition before you finalize your booking completely.

In conclusion, the reason we are giving this resort 4/5 is because it is based on the quality of our time there together. We felt free of stress and very happy despite the resort not being perfect. I personally think there are better obvious options of other resorts for a great memorable honeymoon. This resort is more suitable for a brief escape from everyday life.

Good and afordable if u are looking for a place in front of the sea during high season. Not as luxury as it seems and staff charges u extra foor anything u ask. Theres the option to rent scooters there n restaurant is varied but expensive. Good for familiess. Not a lot of privacy in the bungaalows as itss very exposed so for couples not as romantic n good.

The Hotel is just beside the sea. You can cherish incredible view from the comfort of your luxurious room. The Hotel is not so pricey. Food was good and SPA is a must try at this place. It is very serene place and best getaway from the rush of the city life

I have come here for three years. And it seems like there is no maintenance on the hotel.
The staff is nice, but the cleaning and kitchen staff really let the place down.
Except for every possible thing is falling g apart. It's a nice place.

Thailand is an amazing place- Koh Samui is my preferred island so much to offer from Hotels to days-out and beaches. We stayed in this hotel for My mates Honeymoon/Family holiday.
Hotel Grounds were well kept staff friendly and spoke good English reception open 24/7, security after daylight hours very pleasant guy couldn't do enough for you.

I stayed in a double bungalow couldn't really fault the room A/C,stone bath, shower, outside seating area, had wardrobes and dresser, fridge topped up with all drinks free bottled water placed in everyday rooms tidy everyday bed change really nice layout with the rooms.

Large swimming pool available and hotel is backed onto the beach so easy access to the beach and short walks to all the restaurants. On site restaurant was okay only had one evening meal there but breakfast was included no real problems with food.

central bar by the pool area which was handed and you could have a tab open so no need to have cash handy. Facilities were good laundry service available and delivered back to your room 200bht. car hire and moped hire available from reception for 300bht a day but if your on a budget most likely cheaper to go hire one for along term hire 1500ngt for 10 days. Wifi available by the pool for free but a small charge for room Wifi.

Every thing was a short walk away or a 2 minute moped ride Sunday market was "AMAZING" and it was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel tasteful food and Music great deals love the bartering with the locals.

I would recommend the Bamboo bar great staff and great value for food- The SWING bar "not want you may think its a bar with swings for families and they have a night show every night and great for drinks and cocktails.

Over all my stay here was fantastic and would stay here again.
HOPE YOU LIKE IT,AND ENJOY THAILAND
