We have rented villa for four persons. Villas are located aprox. 200m from the see on the hill. Very very quiet place and beach. Breakfasts are served in the resort restaurant on the beach. Customer servis as every day villa cleaning, towels and sheet changing are excellent. You may order breakfast from menu where you can choose from 8 different offers every day. Restaurant is very very tasty and prices are not high where we have enjoyed specialy dinners just next to the white beach. Resort has two swimming pools. One is on the hill and the second is located on the beach just next to restaurant, water is clean. Girls behind the counter who take cares about you are smiling every day and will help you with your wishies. (Kelly, thank you for you kindnes, take care;-)

A manageress that watched too many Hitler movies, no water & power dips for hours at a time.

What happened to the kindness of Thailand that I have loved for 10 years?

Stunning photos on the web site of great food of somewhere else - definitely not the horrible breakfasts we were handed.

Were treated to a proper Thai shower - A dustbin full of water carried to the shower & a stainless steel pot to pour the water over your head. This all 2 hours before you need to catch a flight.

From the local bars - watch out - we were scammed every night out of change & overcharged for every round of drinks.

Bye Thailand - it was fun before, but I suppose you got spoilt with all the money flowing in...

Room Tip: Free wifi only if there is power... be prepared to live out of the suitcase as it has no cupboards - at all! Careful of the water!

We visited here on our honeymoon and this was our first time in Thailand. The hotel is located away from the hustle bustle of the markets, but is easily accessible by a bike.

Room: Very clean with clean bathrooms. Only problem were the red ants which seemed to be omnipresent. Don't leave any food around as an entire army will come sniffing.

Staff: Hotel staff is nice and will always smile when they see you. Manager is also nice but transactional. Be sure to mark the time if you rent a bike from her since she will charge extra even if you keep it for an extra minute.

The Resort: Property is huge with 2 swimming pools. The beach in front is small but quiet and clean. NOTE: This beach has no waves at any point but it's great if you just want to relax in the water. You can walk up quite a bit into the water as it's very shallow. Kids too can be taken since it's still water.

Food: We only had the complimentary breakfast and no complains there. There give fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, good quality bread with margarine and jam.

The pool is also clean and the best part is that they allow 24x7 access. Chilling their at night made us feel like it was a private pool, by the beach!

Our stay was excellent and we would recommend the place to anyone who's looking for a nice, quiet time.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was lovely stay. Rooms are quite basic but fine and were a few minutes walk away from pool and beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Building works only downside but that wasn't really a problem anyway. And needs a few more sunbeds! Situated at top of Lamai beach - hardly anyone around so at some points had beach yo ourselves it seemed. A walk to the bars etc of lamai - taxi ride from Chaweng.

It was okay. We arrived late and checked in. The hotel is a little separated from shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant on site, however. The hotel staff was unorganized and lacked communication. Three different staff asked us if we had just checked in and which room we were in... The toilet was dirty and had stains and pubic hair. We told them it wasn't clean and after they "cleaned" it, the stains remained. This makes me believe their cleaning techniques are sub par. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable though. I wouldn't recommend it, the are tons of hotels in Lamai.
