Very little here, but nice views. Less than a mile each way from Le Grand Courland, so makes for a good gentle stroll.

It was raining when we visited and so we did not stay long. Whilst there is a kiosk, entry appears to be free and there is a good view from the headland with pelicans on the rocks below.

Parking can only cater for 2-3 cars but the place does not appear to be a headline tourist attraction.

At the top there are some well-maintained gardens and old cannons and there is a helpful information board.

Special spot with a sprinkle of history to go with the view. Recommend coming up here to gaze across to Plymouth or Black Rock. Watch the pelicans soar and dive for their daily catch and sit in the shade of the pavilion on the edge of the coast. A small beach below where locals bathe in the ocean, Fort Bennett was a special part of our holiday

The small trek up the hill leads to a Great view of the ocean and off course Black Rock. There’s a small information board of the fort and some old canons.
Very windy and area is clean.
You can walk down to Black rock where I saw people snorkeling. At low tide you can maybe climb the rocks but be careful.
