This cottage was our favorite place we stayed during our two week road trip around Iceland! We booked it through farmholidays.is (it's one of the cottages of Ytri-Vik).

Perfect place to relax and have a day off from driving! We had amazing weather and just sat and watched for whales from the hot tub on the porch (and even saw a few humpbacks!).

Only issue was that our confirmation didn't have the cottage name listed - so we had a little difficulty making sure we were at the right one. We talked to one of the other guests and they had received an e-mail, so check for that before arrival! There weren't too many other cottages open the day we were checking in, so we guessed which one was ours and were fortunately correct; the keys were in the door.

Overall we absolutely loved our stay there and hope to make it back one day.
