Reserved with a month prior and contacted the owner in the beginning. After almost 30 days of having the reservation accepted and 2 weeks prior to my travel, the reservation was canceled. The owner said it was a bug and the dates shouldn't be available, even though I contacted him regarding a discount announced.
I had to pay international fees to my bank, since UK and trip advisor are based there for payments, in around 20 euros. Needed to book other more expensive houses, in a faraway place, since with soo little time all the rest was now taken.
Also, no messages were replied to, showing that the owner doesn't care less.

Short Stay Rental
Well I would start by saying only good things about the property.
The property was easily accessible for us coming by car.
The owner was really ok explaining to us everything on our arrival.
The city centre it s accessible going to the nearest city to the train station.
The small city is adorable to walk and you have everything you need closed by.
It is really helpful if you have a car rented or just your own.

Lovely apartment close to Disney
Apartment was lovely with everything we needed and the owner even put in a big beautiful Xmas tree for us. Would stay here again

Christmas family trip
Came to have a peaceful start to the Christmas holidays and to spend a day at Disney land Paris and to have a day in Paris.
The accommodation is superb, in a very quiet suburb with easy access to everything you need. As I have a very busy working life, it was perfect for us to have a day out followed by a lovely day in with Christmas films beside the beautiful real Christmas tree.
Disney land Paris is just a few minutes away, as is the massive shopping centre val d'europe.
The accommodation is bigger than expected, with a fantastic open plan lounge/cooking/dining space and 2 comfortable bedrooms.
All in all, we have had a great time here and will be booking to come again. Communication from the owner has been excellent and he has been very welcoming indeed, thank you.

Schön ruhig und wie beschrieben
War alles genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr nah zum Supermarkt carrefour. Zum Disney Golf sind wir 10 min gefahren und 5 min zum Bahnhof Esbly für den Zug nach Paris.

Todo perfecto
Apartamento ideal para 4-5 personas, está muy bien equipado con todo tipo de menaje de cocina, limpio, está en una calle muy tranquila en un pequeño pueblo a 15 minutos en coche del aparcamiento de Disneyland, a diez minutos andando de un Carrefour donde hacer compras y dos panaderias.
Sin duda recomendaría el apartamento.

Great location
We stayed there with our 2 late teen children for 3 nights. We were visiting Disney for a few days before heading South. The house was great and the accomodation worked well, with one child in the bottom bunk and the other on the bed settee in the living room/ dining room/ kitchen. We parked right outside in a very quiet street. . The town is beautiful with everthing you needed including a supermarket a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
The house was about a 10 to 15 minute drive from the gates to Disney along a very quiet road. It was great to be so close , yet away from the crowds. The internet speed is the fastest my 17 year old has ever seen which really impressed him. Also had Netflix.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, au calme, et très bien situé, à 10 mn en voiture d'Eurodisney; fidèle à la description. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité : commerces, supermarché, pharmacie et le village et les environs sont très beaux et le propriétaire est sérieux et disponible . Tout était parfait !
