We stayed, that is my wife and I for Christmas and New Year! we arrived 22\12\15 to a nice friendly reception and taken to our bungalow and departed 01/01/16. The bungalows are set out in well kept tropical gardens and as they are all detached very quite the air con in our bungalow was perfect we always had hot water and the wifi was good and we had a good sized flat screen tv the cleaners did a great job every day leaving little scented T lights and insect burners every day nice touch that. The pool area was clean and tidy plenty of sun beds with mats and ample hotel towels we preferred to sit on the beach the hotel provided bean bags for the beach another nice touch we had some nice sleeps on the beach listening to the gentle surf. We dined out most of the time just to try different restaurants we would normally go down to the fishermens village in the evening, there is a very nice restaurant just across the road from the hotel its called the Bophut restaurant a very nice lady owns and runs it. On the few times we ate at the hotel we had no complaints with any of the meals that we had at the peace resort. The bar was well stocked they had wide range of cocktails and had a happy hour each afternoon the only criticism as others mentioned is there drinks prices seem a little expensive for the area. All the staff always had a smile for me and always appeared to be very pleased to be working at the hotel. The guest manager Paul was a great guy he never seemed to stop working he must have chatted to every guest a very charming and hard working man. The general manager Mau was also very charming she had put a lot of time and thought into the Christmas and New Years party a very humble lady who runs a very well organised hotel we chatted to Mau and Paul as if they are friends very sociable nice people we would highly recommend this hotel we had a truly fantastic time at the Peace resort and have never seen as many helpful smiley staff we will definitely be going back to the peace resort. Can we take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a great holiday rgds Martin and Julie

I stayed in October with my partner & our families for my 30th birthday. 9 in total including a two year old.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here & loved the hotel.
The hotel is set amongst hundreds of beautiful lush green trees right on the beach, a very short enjoyable walk along the beach to Bophut Fishermans village.
The staff, cleanliness of our rooms, pool area, restaurant, breakfast etc were all amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice with a big garden and the rooms(villas) in between. The highlight is the beach and the location of the breakfast (beach view and sunrise). Our room was 1 minute from the beach.
We had an room upgrade to a deluxe bungalow which was nice. The room was small and had an used feeling, but worked fine.
You get two small bottles of free water every day and you can take as many beach towels as you need.
The gym is very small, has only two benches, weights and a few cardio machines. No water dispenser there.
The WiFi is good in the rooms and restaurant.
The breakfast ist good.
The beach is not with fine sand, but that's probably on all beaches in that area.

Fisherman's village is only a short walking distance and there are shopping, tailors and massage places in front of the hotel

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Peace Resort. Upon checking in we were pleased to find we'd been upgraded due to an over booking of our original room type. Our bungalow was large and extremely comfortable. The pool area was great, the resort was exceptionally clean and we found all staff to be helpful and attentive. Even though it was a busy time of year it was always possible to get sun beds either around the pool or the beach. All in all a great stay and no complaints.

Stayed here over the Christmas break and it was perfect, wish we had stayed even longer!

Nice quiet, private, clean beach that is a part of the resort - loved how close the beach and sea were to the private villa's.

The little huts in the forest are really special and very romantic.

Nice breakfast, good range and good service.

All amenities as promised and to a good standard, good wifi :)

Easy to get to from the Airport.

Drinks slightly more expensive than local Thai places (but still cheap compared to Europe).

Highly recommend it if you're looking for a restful, relaxing location.
