We stayed mid January for 1 week. Finca la Cruz is about a 5 min walk down a steep road into Tazacorte and another 20 minute walk down to the port.
La Gamba consists of a kitchen area with dinning table and sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. On arrival there was a large bottle of water in the fridge for us. There is a cd player and tv in the kitchen as well. A decent sized shower room and the bedroom which leads out onto our own terraced area at the back. The bed was very big and comfy (very firm). There is no dressing table and no drawers by the side of the bed just 2 small side tables. During the day the sun is at the side of the studios where there is a table and 2 chairs and in the afternoon about 3ish the sun was at the back where the terraced area is and there is 2 sunbeds and umbrella there, though it did tend to cloud over in the afternoon - when we were there anyway. There is also a shared area at the back with a kitchen area for bbqing and a large table. The gardens are well kept with very pretty flowers. There is a bus stop (2 mins) on the main road and the buses were on time. We used the bus for the port and also to check out Los Llanos.
The nearest supermarket is the Spar at the bottom of the hill but this never seemed to be open when we went. We used the Superdino mainly and got a taxi up if we had a lot of shopping. The taxi rank is near the Superdino and cost 3 euros odd but never more than 4.
The owners were friendly and if we had any questions we would whassap them and they would respond. A good stay at very reasonably priced accomodation.
