This is a decent place to stay if you're visiting the area, it's a short drive to Seahouses and Bamburgh Castle. You'll need a car to get around though, but parking is available free of charge right outside which was great. The closes place to get anything to eat is Seahouses, apart from the pizza takeaway just across the road.
We had a family room with 1 single and 1 double bed which was really spacious and we had a wonderful view over the fields. The bathroom has a bath with a shower head to rinse your hair (there's nowhere to fix it at the top, so it's not meant for showering as such). There are a number of dogs in the house, which did not bother us at all though.
Tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room with fresh milk provided in a fridge just outside the door.
Cereals were available on top of the fridge right outside our room which is a nice touch if you don't provide breakfast.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked unfortunately, and it didn't help that the host didn't get round to doing our room up on the 2nd day (we stayed 3 nights) so we ran out of tea, clean mugs etc... I lost an ear stud at one point and went hunting for it on the carpet, which wasn't a pleasant experience. The bathroom definintely needs a new toilet brush!

Room Tip: We had a family room with a gorgeous view over the fields, I'd recommend this if you'd like a spacious room

A clean comfortable guesthouse in a peaceful location in an area of outstanding natural beauty. What's not to love? Vanessa is a friendly and helpful host. We were cycling for our three day break and this was an excellent base to do it from. The Guest House is a large farmhouse, the rooms are large and comfortable. Guests can come and go as they please. We had no issues at all and had a great break.

Room Tip: "Pizza box" about 150m down the road towards Beadnell from the Guesthouse on the right handside - can recommend it!

Had two nights stay, the view from the room was stunning, the beds extremely comfy and a warm welcome upon arrival was received, it's not too far from sea houses but a car is required to get out and about.

A friendly, three room b&b. However the breakfast is in a bag, and is extra. But the hostess is friendly, helpful, not intrusive. So our stay in a nice room, with en suite, with coffee making facilities, was great. Private parking places, and wonderful views.
From our room you can see the sea.
This is a nice place to stay when you're in the neighbourhood.

Room Tip: Any will do, I think, there are only three

Vanessa was a very friendly and welcoming host despite us arriving several hours late. The room was reasonably clean and quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was lovely although one of my pillows inexplicably smelled of smoke? Everything else was fine. I was pleased to find a hairdryer as I'd forgotten mine! There were no towels in our room although if we'd asked I'm sure we would've been supplied as there were some in the other rooms.
I would definitely come here again as Vanessa was so friendly and accommodating.
