Nice Hotel, comfortable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a night and it was a comfortable stay overall.
Hotel: The location of the hotel is very good. Just as you enter Panhala, right behind the Bajiprabhu statue. Hotel looks to be well maintained. Nice landscaping, sufficient parking place. Staff was prompt and check-in was smooth.
Rooms: They offer 4 types of room and the charges vary accordingly. we chose for the deluxe room. The room was nice and clean. It was on ground level and had access to a small common garden as well. It offered a nice little fort and valley view. Room had TV and a/c in a good working condition. Bathroom was neat and clean. Overall, it was good.
Food: The hotel has its own restaurant. The food was nice and good. Service was good. The regular water they serve is a 'well-water'. So, better go for packaged water. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. They offer room service as well.
Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel.
But, Panhala as a tourist location has not much to offer. The fort is not maintained well and is quite ordinary.

Good Location and Good Service

1) Good Location
2) Tasty Food
3) Good Service
4) They will help you to arrange a good knowledgeable Guide.
5) Out of 14 to 15 spots 3 to 4 spots are at walking distance from Hotel.
6) Rates are ok. High in the month of May and Jun mid.
7) Rooms are clean with basic thing like AC/ TV in good conditions.
8) Children play area needs an improvement.
9) No swimming pool

A great place to stay

Hill Top overlooks the Panhala Fort. The resort has about 40 Rooms, the rent is a bit high, I booked via MMT and got a good deal. The resort has ample parking, food is excellent, staff very good. An ideal place for a family getaway from Pune. Thanks Mr Prabhahakat and Mr Ateet.

Room tip: All rooms are good.

Scenic Views of a serene sunset from the room

The location of this hotel itself is a reason to chose this place. One of the best hotels in Panhala with very clean and spacious rooms. We got a room on the top floor from where we got the best views of Panhala fort, the scenic valley below and above all an unforgettable serene view of the sunset. In case you have taken your vehicle but not familiar with the routes there, they even arrange for a local guide. There are many places in and around Panhala which is only a short drive from the resort. You can carry your badminton rackets with you as there is ample space to play. The food there is the best you can find in Panhala. Just outside the resort there is a small play area which can keep your kids engaged and a small market where you can find good handicrafts. They even have ample space for car parking. The resort surely made our stay in Panhala one of the most memorable ones.

Room tip: choose the rooms on the upper floors which are valley facing to get great views from the room

Best Hotel you can get

Bang right at the entrance of Panhala. Next to Baji Prabhu Statute. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and good. We went with kids and friends. Guides are easily available. Had a pleasent weather as there was slight drizzle some times and very coll weather. Kids enjoyed it. The valley view was stunning during the early mornings.
Mr Kundalik who attended us was a gem of a person ready to help and go extra mile for comfort. Took care of the requirements of our kids and comfort to the max he can do. He is a very good guy. Only draw back was breakfast were they kept eggs and omelets I feel these should me made to order instead of keeping them ready in a Buffet.

Room tip: Take room on second third floor with windows opening towards Valley.
