Phenomenal food with amazing service and knowledgeable staff. We recently visited during our honeymoon and had booked in a master class to improve our wine knowledge and taste Jacob’s Creek wines. We were fortunate enough to have sommelier Nick, who made us feel comfortable and like he was one of our friends! The one on one tasting session (masterclass) was brilliant! It was fun, entertaining and eye-opening. Nick was knowledgeable about wine and the Barossa region. Nick was perfect and we feel like we have learned so much! After the tasting, we enjoyed a 4 course meal with paired wines. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION and flawless. We wish we could come back! Thank you Nick, you’ve changed us for the better.

P.s. try the Shiraz with dark chocolate... mind blown!

Whilst on holiday we had booked a two course lunch and wine sampling/tasting session. The meals were smallish in size but very well cooked and tasty. Afterwards we had a 45 minute tasting/experience given by a nice lady named Cheryl. It is all set in lovely ground with plenty of nice seating areas in and out.
Overall a very nice way to spend 3 hours on a sunny afternoon.

The food was TERRIBLE - do not come here if you want the Barossa quality and fine food experience. And do not come here if you have a group booking! I had notified the restaurant that we had a group booking 3 weeks in advance. In a very rude manner, I was told last minute by Megan that my guests and I would only have the option of sharing meals. I later learned that these shared meals are exactly the same as the individual meals but simply served in a platter style versus an individual plate because the kitchen can't keep up despite the fact that I said we'd be okay with the delays between meals coming out. Waste of time. Do not come here for a meal.

Hello Helana,

Firstly, please accept my apologies that your experience at Jacob’s Creek wasn’t up to the standard you expected. It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication around this booking, and for that we also apologise. At Jacob’s Creek we strive to deliver a great customer experience for each and every one of our guests, so naturally we are disappointed that this wasn’t the case for your group. We have found our new menu and food sharing philosophy has been extremely popular and a great way to highlight the local Barossa produce we showcase in our restaurant on a daily basis. Of course, if you hadn’t been expecting platter style service, I can certainly understand your disappointment. Please feel free to call Jacob’s Creek directly on 8521 3000 if you wish to discuss further. I certainly hope you will give us a second chance next time you are in the Barossa,

We stopped here as part of our wine tasting day in the Barossa. The food is absolutely delicious but be prepared to have two meals per person as the serving size is quite small - there is a warning of this on the menu. The pricing is reasonable as the quality is excellent.
