This is one of the best local restaurants in Puglia. Open all year, it overlooks the beach in Santa Sabina. Carmen and her team do an amazing job and I often dream of the seafood pasta and fresh fish. The anti pasta are always an adventure with a great selection of fish and seafood. A huge plate of spaghetti bolognaise was produced for the person in our group who didn’t like fish, which was declared outstanding. The Ferraro Rocher ice cream was out of this world. Not to be missed!
