After arriving in Brindisi, we started a 1 week bike trip accross Puglia and for our first day we arrived in this restaurant.
We had antipasti della casa followed by home made pasta, wine and grappa (family made). All foods were absolutely fresh and home grown, it was served in the beautifull terrace of the restaurant by the amazing chef itself.
We stayed there at least 3 hours eating and enjoying the place and the owner even proposed us to stay for the night.
It was our best restaurant and meal from our entire stay in Puglia.
