The owner was on site for a short period of time. He was more interested in collecting a security deposit than helping us feel comfortable. We contracted a "chef" on the advice of the agent for the first evening. It turned out to be a simple, overpriced meal, with no set-up or clean-up. While certain things could be overlooked, it was difficult to bring problems (freezer not operational, air conditioning not functioning, lack of hot water in one of the buildings) to anyone's attention because there was no manager on site. There was a lack of directions for use of appliances.
