Wonderful old house with loads of character. Stayed a few times and never been disappointed. Stayed on business and it's really handy for the auto-route Geneva Airport and Exhibition Center 15 minutes. Probably the easiest and fastest way to get to Palexpo unless you stay at the Airport, who would want to do that. Stayed with family and friends with children. Lots of space and interest for the children.

We stayed for 2 nights and used the Rooms as single occupancy. Some rooms are very nice and spacious. Mine was small, right under the roof and very hot. When you open the windows you get the noise from the motorway. There had been a huge storm recently and I understand a lot of damage had been done in the garden and on the outside of the house. That doesn't explain the paint peeling off and big cracks in the bathroom on the inside though. The inside of the blinds were covered in dirt, dust and dead bugs! Not sure when last they were cleaned? The towels were clean but very old. Frayed edges! Cobwebs in the stairway. There is an honesty bar for self service which is a nice touch. But no ice, no water or soft drinks, no wine and no one around to ask for help, so in the end no use at all. Breakfast is served in a lovely room and has plenty of choice. The place is charming and in a lovely location in the countryside but needs some tender loving care. It is too expensive and doesn't give you value for money.

The hosts at this B&B are not very warm people--in fact they never even introduced themselves by name, and had no information to offer about the surrounding areas. The B&B itself is in serious need of sprucing up. Our room on the 3rd floor was not very clean--I had to washing old soap sum off the tub--and paint on the balcony is peeling badly. That being said we were offered an after dinner drink, which was a nice gesture, and the breakfast was very adequate, the highlight being fried eggs from the house's own chickens. More attention to detail and a more welcoming approach would be appreciated.

Room Tip: Our room faced the lake although it is quite far away.

Great B&B about 20 minutes out of Geneva, and well worth it if you have a car.
Property is charming and comes with horses, donkeys, chickens, cows and dogs in surrounding fields ... a really pretty environment, surrounded by vineyards.
Rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable and ours had a large balcony looking over the garden and fields.
The B&B doesn't have a restaurant, but does have a great breakfast with eggs from own hens, and good selection of breads and toppings. However there is a good restaurant in Celigny nearby for dinner.
We drove east along the northern shore of the lake and there are some pretty villages with delightful lake walks and some spectacular estates/houses.
Owners are pleasant and multilingual.

This place was fantastic. My family and I stayed there. Marcel and Vivian were fabulous. The rooms were excellent, and the house and grounds are great. The lake is just down the road. The breakfast was a feast. I'd love to go back again.
