Contacted the Owners Representative Joao on arrival and daily throughout our 2 week stay about inadequate bedding, inadequate keys, dirty, broken and dumped patio furniture, see photos and dirty condition of the property with no compensation offered from the owners - great location - terrible experience with electronic gate which failed partially open and locked us out of the property for the whole of the first Friday and failed drain during the whole of the second Tuesday which prevented the toilet from being flushed due to lack of maintenance. Without assistance from the Handyman Mario who power washed the entire patio and removed the dumped furniture during his Birthday the holiday would have been a disaster.
