Dear Mr. Tiago,
We thank you for choosing to celebrate your wedding anniversary at the Mirador Resort & Spa and for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that a special occasion such as yours deserves nothing less than excellence, and we regret that we did not deliver that for you.
We have taken note of your feedback regarding the limited vegetarian options, and we’d like to remind you that our menus are available online prior to making a reservation. However, we appreciate your suggestion, and the chef will work on adding more vegetarian choices. As for your comment on the view, while we respect your perspective, the majority of our guests consider it to be exceptional.
I apologize for the confusion regarding the champagne and caviar offer, and for any lack of clarity in our communication. It was never our intention to cause any misunderstandings. Please note that, as with all the dishes on the menu, the price typically reflects a single serving rather than two. However, we will make sure that our team reviews how we present special offers to prevent similar issues in the future.
We appreciate your suggestion to adjust billing for a full bottle of champagne instead of individual glasses. However, please understand that our waiters cannot anticipate in advance whether a guest will order enough glasses to equal the cost of a full bottle, as many guests prefer ordering by the glass specifically because a whole bottle may be too much. Nevertheless, we will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our service.
Please know that your feedback is very important to us, and we will use it to make the necessary improvements. I hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a better experience.
Thank you once again for your visit and your feedback.
With my kindest regards,
Laure Bouche
