Out on the outskirts of Canale, this restaurant has a short menu but a brilliant one. Two of us started with roasted peppers with a green/garlic sauce, two with the vitello tonnato (not the names by which they appear in the menu, but that's what they are), followed by rabbit for the other three, and a very light aubergine tart in a salted creme patissiere for me. Pudding and local sulphite free Arneis were both delicious. Recommended!
