The experience at Club Med Tomamu is superb. The hospitality provide by the GOs is exceptional, and both adults and kid enjoyed the whole experience. The team at the mini club did a great job in entertaining my kid and he loves his GOs and Skiing coaches. With the kid entertained mummy and daddy is free to enjoying our cocktail at the bar and attend skiing lesson. Skiing on the powder snow was an exceptional experience, the snow is so soft. The Ski instructors are patient and ensure that you get the right skiing technique. The food is good, especially the deserts, the deserts were delicious. Special Thanks to Winter, Jen & Yumi for providing such warm and attentive hospitality throughout our stay at Club Med Tomamu.

I had amazing trip here in clubmed as always. This is my second time even though there wasn’t much snow. Only 1 lift opened. 2 days before our check in time there was literally no snow (external factor which we can’t control the weather). But staffs are amazing. They served us their best service. Starting from the first day I arrived airport I went to double confirm our group member’s airport transfer at the counter and that was when I had chance to talk to Aof on the phone he helped us arrange everything. Apart from that some of us took the train to the village Aof as well helped arrange bus to pick us up from Tomamu station.

Once we reached the resort we were warmly welcomed by Aot, Josey and James. Aot is very helpful in every angle. After we got our rooms all the rooms were properly prepared and comes with stunning view. Later after that I came to know that every guest rooms were nicely taken care of by Aoy, Yupa and their team.

All the food and drink served in Clubmed Tomamu made us happy everyday. F&B staff are very hard working yet they are very friendly.

At the theater Saya showed us how much effort she had put in with the shows. Ai sang is very enthusiastic with her duty in circuit. Viola has astonishing circus skill. Bar team is incredible, they are Tarl, Julie, Poppy, Sakiko, Jack, Carol. Must try Jack special cocktails (if he is not there ask Julie 😝). Sake Martini is super and you and ask Tarl to surprise with his cocktails too. We can’t forget our friendly DJs, Jade and Ryan is who to look for.

As parents you can have your peace of mind by leaving your kids at the kids club. They will be taken care with good hands by Add, Sunny and other team members.

The amazing snowboard instructors of my trip are Fabien, Meka, Tiarnan and Miles. And all of them is under good manager Jure.

Another person who I won’t forget to mention is Eric the GM of Tomamu village. He remembers all of the guest. He makes sure everyone have a happiest time here.

Last but not least I would like to thank you Aoy, Aof, Aot, Yupa, Add, Sunny, Ryan, Jade, Julie and many more who accompany us every nights of our stay. We had great fun playing board game, chit chat and watching World Cup together

Club med tomamu was one of the best decision ever. We were there from 5th till the 11th of December. Kids were well taken care of n had the most wonderful time of their lives. The rooms, food selection, entertainment was awesome. I loved how friendly the GOs were especially Edo for being so welcoming, Ryan for making his awesome noises, Shelly for making us laugh non stop, Christian for being the incredible person he is, Tawan for his friendliness, Amber (kana) for being so cute and Nindy for being her beautiful self. I appreciate the effort and dedication from Nindy, Yuri and Michelle from the Petite club who made it a comfortable stay for my youngest son. A BIG applause to all the ski and snowboard instructors this season whom my kids instantly admire! We all had the best times of our lives and let's just say we left our hearts at club med Tomamu because of these wonderful people we met. Thank you, you guys are amazing!
