Worst hotel iv ever stayed in but besides that it was impossible to get service from the bar ! Too hard to buy a beer or a glass of wine. It was always closed - everything seemed to be too much trouble. It’s not possible was heard often. Food in the hotel was a shocker.

Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and was amazing, the hotel Staff could not do enough for you, very accommodating, facilities where excellent, was only 5 Mum walk to the slopes, could watch the night skiers and snowboards from the restaurant, I’ll definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

Location of this hotel is really good. Only a short walk to the nakiyama area and the gondola. The shuttle bus stop is only just down the road at the car at the T junction.

We had breakfast included which was well worth it. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options including fruit, western, omelet bar and Japanese.

Rooms come with equipment lockers in the basement level which has its own external door to outside. This hotel also has its own male & female Onsens which is perfect after a full day out on the slopes. Our room was a traditional Japanese room which was absolutely huge! Staff were always very accommodating, friendly and had great English.

The only down fall was if your heading to bars at night it's a bit of a walk, 1-2km's. The restaurant was a little pricey for dinner, i did not eat here but it looked like it was on the fine dinning side of things. I will certainly stay here again.

I wish we had asked for a room with a view to the mountain!! I had read a Trip Advisor review that said that every room comes with a view - well, it’s not true, and my advice is that you specifically request one. This hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. But an average room really disappoints and also creates considerable room envy!! Focussing now on the highlights - the service is impeccable. All the information you need regarding getting around Hakuba and the snow fields is provided and always with a smile. If you need to make a call the reception staff even make the call for you! The staff are wonderful with children. The chefs are so lovely, especially to children! The room service staff keep the rooms in excellent order. The onsen is a real highlight, and amazingly, it is often very private. The breakfast is very good, and the chefs cook up perfect eggs, that’s for sure. My only wish is that we had a better room, a room with one of the spectacular views people rave about. Then it would have been perfect. So, if you want the perfect experience at this hotel, request a room with a view.

Most of the meals are reasonable priced but the teppanyaki was expensive and the Neal was tough , it was not cooked in front of us , it was Brought to our table already cooked

Wouldn’t get that again, the staff are nice and the other food is ok so I would go back
