I fell in love with the hotel at first sight. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and all the common areas impeccable! Beds are really comfortable and just within a few steps from a bakery and the plaza.

It's definitely one of my top 5 favorite hotels, but you must know it's just simple and cozy. It's like a small hacienda, and the amenities are very well kept. It has private parking, a very nice garden and pool area with swings, garden tables and chairs to lay down. There's also meeting rooms with TV and sofas that you can use. It's extremely close to city center. When we arrived, the receptionist gave us some earplugs for the night, Use them! The Church's bells are noisy and they play Ave Maria at the Angelus time (6am). Food is ok. I got this place through a deal with Viajes y Enoturismo and I think it was great, would come back in any second. The only thing missing for me was that it didn't have electricity plugs. Had to disconnect the TV to charge my cellphone. Still, no regrets, wonderful attention and fantastic location.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms are more private.

This hotel is located on a quiet side street only blocks from the center of town. It is well maintained with attractive, clean rooms and well-manicured gardens. The staff are friendly and helpful for things to do in the area. The breakfast room had excellent views of the garden area and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of Mexican traditional foods as well as made-to-order items like eggs. We didn't have the opportunity to try to swimming pool, but it looked quite inviting. A pleasant stay.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The service was great. The hotel was pretty, quiet, and very clean. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. Don't expect much from the bar. As you know, you are staying close to the cathedral, so expect to hear church bells. Try and get a room with inside view, or avoid front street view as it could get traffic noisy. Great price, great location, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Internet service good overall.

Room Tip: Inside rooms more isolated from street noise.
