Nice hotel, located within walking distance from downtown. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the main square
We stayed overnight so the size of the room didn't affect much as we are a family of 4 (it is a bit small). Room was clean, but we could use an upgrade as it looks a bit old.
Parking available for free.

Rooms are clean and tidy, Wifi works pretty much everywhere, common area well looked after and staff very polite and helpful. Didnt try out the restaurant but looks pretty good too... games for kids, big swimming pool at decent temperature. Would definitely come back.

Reserved 3 nights online with credit card with a great deal here during a wine festival in the area. The hotel realised they could get a better price and hike the room fee for the weekend. They emptied my room while I was out for the day placing my things in plastic bags in reception and gave my room to some higher bidder. Albeit they offered a substandard room with no AC as an option, I was so aghast at their low hitting approach I refused to stay a moment longer and found a friendlier hotel in town.
You do not treat customers like that and you most certainly don't touch personal items without permission. A real shame.

Room Tip: All that glitters is not gold.

Thank you for your comments, the night that you arrive we told you very clear that we only have availability for one night and the check out for Saturday was at 2:00pm.
We wait for you until 9pm until the new guest arrive with their reservation so you affect other guest and we have to take off your things, always we have to take care about your things.
When you finally arrive in not property condition we offer our unique kind of room available, and you reject the room, we only follow the normal procedure for not affect other guest.
Regards.

I stayed here two nights and it was about 800 pesos. A room like this would be so much more expensive in the United States. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is secure and right down the street from the little centro.

The pool is not heated, rooms are good. Restaurant is OK but nothing spectacular. It's location the best asset close to dowtown, good option in Tequisquiapan.
