Pros:

Resort service is very good. Reception and housekeeping are always ready to help.

Food was excellent. As we're Indian, we were looking for Indian food, but had no expectation of Indian vegetarian food and to our surprise chef, Ghulam, delivered higher than our expectation. He was very supportive and prepared very delicious mouth watering Indian food. Great !

Guided ATV bike ride to jungle was also super fun. Enjoyed that sports activity.

Swimming pool was also clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Beach is not that clean. There are tars all over beach with plastic waste. Needs regular cleaning.

Enjoyed a lot with family property was nice and clean with special treatment Indian chef Mr. Ghulam (had arrangement of awsome vegetarian food) @ fiesta restaurant. ATV bike ride was superb, nice swimming pool and awsome beach with only one thing to look out for oil and tars can make your body n clothes dirty

Visited the same resort few years back and it was a pleasant journey. However, things changed for the recent visit. The resort was renovated recently with the newly built ferry terminal. The infrastructure looks fine but it was heart pain and very sad when we see the beach was polluted by tar and the rubbish piled along the beach / flowed on the sea. The resort management cleaned the seaside up to the golf / villa area but took less initiative / due diligence to clean up the rubbish that piled along the beach right after the designated 'barrier'... It is pathetic and makes the resort looks bad on their poor environment management / alertness. Sincerely hope the resort management will take the cleanliness of the beach seriously and consider to improve the cleanliness of the seaside because the main attraction of Bintan is the beautiful beach and seaside view! Hopefully BLR can bring the clean and beautiful beach back again...
