The Caravela Beach Resort is a great place to stay to get away from it all.
The service in all areas is first class and everyone greets you with a smile, nothing was too much for them.

Room service and Food and beverage services were especially good always greeting you with a smile and performing to the highest standard. The pool and beach areas are well serviced making you always feel comfortable and safe. I found the reception desk staff to be very proficient in all areas, always greeting you with a smile when handling your requests.

The grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. A walk around the property to observe the many beautiful trees and plats is well worth anyone’s time and a truly relaxing experience.

No matter where I stayed in the day, at the pool or the beach it was very peaceful and relaxing, this is the time of the year that there are many weddings going on in this area, which are a sight to behold, I was not bothered by them at all.

The whole staff are dedicated to making your stay the best it can be, nothing is too much for them if they can help make your stay a truly great experience.

As we stepped into the hotel lobby, the vibe and decor made us feel welcome and warm. And things kept on getting better only. The rooms were tastefully decorated room, welcome desserts & loads of glass water bottles heightened the delight.
The staff is very well trained professional and are customer centric.
It's a huge property, with a golf course and a big swimming pool. Sipping a chilled beer from the pool bar, defines a relaxing holiday.
The icing on the cake has to be the beautiful, soft white sand and clean beach. Lifeguards & security personnel, ensures u r at peace of mind. The bar and restaurant on the beach, compels one to just laze around there.
It's a perfect hotel to get in, relax, rejuvenate and have a wonderful time!

Caravelle was the worst 5 star stay ever. There were 2 different weddings happening at the time we stayed here and having to deal with weddings when you come to South goa to relax was a not an idea of vacation we had in mind. Some of the staff here even mentioned that this hotel is really popular for weddings and they themselves recommended us to stay away if you're not coming for a wedding. Imagine sitting on the shack with a view of the wedding happening on the beach and loud wedding music/tablas playing continuously throughout the day.

Service on the beach shack was pathetic and the rudest people I have ever seen who refuse to serve you straightway. Although the main restaurant staff were good and polite. They have super old bathrooms, very limited options in the dinner buffet and rudest staff ever.

The beach and the property is really good and well maintained. Although the service and the weddings just make it worse for the other guests.

Overall the hotel is totally not worth what you pay for & stay away if you're looking for a chill vacation in South goa.
